
Quality Policy
The IKTEO "AFI MAVRAKI EPE" considers the primary factor for the consistent and uninterrupted satisfaction of public demands to be the best possible service, the cultivation of trust-based relationships with the public, as well as the continuous improvement of the services provided and the management of all activities involved in its operation, in accordance with the principles and requirements of the standard ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015.
For this reason, IKTEO "AFI MAVRAKI EPE" has designed, developed, and implemented an integrated Quality Management System according to the ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015 standard, which it is committed to applying consistently, with the aim of providing vehicle technical inspection services with integrity, impartiality, and reliability.
IKTEO "AFI MAVRAKI EPE" is continuously updated on the current legislative and regulatory provisions that govern its activities and incorporates their requirements into the Quality Management System it has developed, along with any technical methodologies and advancements.
IKTEO "AFI MAVRAKI EPE" provides vehicle technical inspection services for private, public, and professional use, as well as motorcycles, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Inspections are conducted in accordance with the documented procedures of the Quality Management System, ensuring that all established criteria and specifications are met, as required by legislation and IKTEO "AFI MAVRAKI EPE", in order to achieve the quality goals set.
The quality operational specifications of the Company are generally summarized as follows:
- Implementation of a documented Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of the ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015 standard and is regularly reviewed to ensure its continued suitability and adequacy.
- Use of valid methods, based on technological advancements and national legislation requirements, for conducting the prescribed inspections.
- Management of inspection equipment (selection, maintenance, adjustment, calibration, etc.) in a way that ensures its reliability and continuous suitability for its intended use.
- Ensuring the required technical competence of the personnel involved in vehicle technical inspections through validation and continuous evaluation, as well as providing necessary training.
- Ensuring the independence, impartiality, and integrity of the technical staff through inspections and periodic sampling checks.
- Adherence to specific safety rules for personnel.
- Adherence to the daily operating schedule of the Company, as defined and communicated.
- Continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction levels.
The achievement of the established quality goals is reflected through the monitoring of relevant Performance Indicators. These data are subject to review by the IKTEO Management as part of the monthly reports from the Technical Director and are examined during the scheduled Reviews by the Management of the Quality Management System.
The Quality Management System of IKTEO applies to all levels of its operations, and adherence to the prescribed requirements is the responsibility of the entire staff. The Senior Management is committed to providing the necessary resources and ensures through the Quality Manager that the System remains up-to-date and effective.
With the unwavering commitment of both the IKTEO Management and all of its staff to adhering to the principles outlined in this Quality Policy and, more generally, throughout the Quality Management System of the Company, Senior Management aims for the continuous and stable provision of high-quality and reliable services.
